1) The induction was well conducted and Iearned a lot from it. The information provided was clear and easy to understand, which made the onboarding process very smooth.
2) The event was very interesting and gave me a better understanding of the social enterprise work. It was valuable to see another side of the organization and to observe/ participate. This experience has broadened my perspective on the impact we can make.
I am looking forward to the next event and steps with store donation pickups and continuing to contribute as a sustainable Community impact Volunteer.

The induction/training was very helpful, however it might be helpful to mention how you can view what come and see events there are in the portal during the training.
The come and see stand was actually really fun getting people into volunteering, and the stand looked perfect, as the information was clear for everyone to read and quick to explain.

Having arrived for the Induction hesitant and unsure of what to expect, the team of Michelle and Linda soon put me at ease. The welcome was warm and enthusiastic.
The brief was comprehensive and informative.
Key essential points were touched on concerning the role of a community sustainability impact volunteer. Emphasis was stressed on the positive impact of giving back to the community, and the feel-good factor this induces in individuals who make an effort to assist those in need.
The registration was smooth and issues were ironed out without any fuss. This was a pleasant experience overall and a challenging call to engage and contribute to a worthwhile cause.
